JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Must be a high school graduate. Experience Minimum of one year clerical experience required.
Must have strong customer service skills. Previous computer experience to include knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Physical Normal hospital environment. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Operates computer, copier, fax machine, scanner, and telephone.
Performs a variety of clerical duties, makes name badges, answers telephones, emails, and relays messages. Completes pre-employment visits with new hires collecting all necessary documents.
Monitors new hire lists and performs confirmation calls for the new hire orientations. This is a very fast pace environment and the ideal person will need to be able to work in a multi-tasking environment while dealing with interruptions and maintaining accuracy on the job tasks.
